Senior NAM. Excellent opportunity to work for a branded, market leading house wares company. Responsibility for a significant portfolio of national accounts. £45,000 - £55,000 + discretionary bonus + company car + pension + private healthcare. Based South East

THE ROLE
As a Senior NAM you will be responsible for a high profile portfolio of retail accounts. Whilst day to day your role will encompass all of the traditional elements of a senior national account manager including forecasting, promotional planning and joint business planning; you will also play a key role in the leadership team particularly from a strategic point of view.
The role is predominantly based in the Fleet head office, so you will need to be based within a reasonable commute of Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with a proven track record to join a market leading organisation with a strong focus on its people.
THE PEOPLE
To be considered you must have:
- Graduate calibre with current experience working for a leading premium brand. Ideally with current experience in the House wares or Kitchenware’s categories though experience in Health and Beauty, Consumer Electronics or Gifting will also be considered
- Current experience of managing a major grocery, high street or department store retailer at head office level is essential
- Excellent commercial acumen with extensive experience of terms negotiations and joint business planning with a Category focused approach

THE ROLE
An excellent opportunity has arisen at a major FMCG business for a NAM to manage and develop the Tesco account.
The successful NAM will be a key member of the commercial team working across branded and own label products with the responsibility to drive sales, gross margin.
You will have full P&L, Forecasting and Category responsibility and work cross functionally with key colleagues in marketing, buying and finance to deliver account growth against overall business plans.
The NAM will also be actively seeking new opportunities to exploit additional growth through generating new business, managing product launches and steering promotional activities to deliver increased turnover and answering the needs of the customer.
THE PERSON
The successful NAM will have a successful track record within the food, drink or consumer categories. You will ideally have experience of the Tesco business or from one of the Top 4 Grocery multiples.
You will be able to demonstrate a commercial approach to managing a Top $ grocery multiple with P&L, Category, Forecasting and Promotional responsibility. You will also have excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to effectively network and develop relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders.

THE ROLE
